Letter from Dwight Eisenhower, but it's unclear as to who it is that received it (an alumni) or what they wrote to him.
This is before Eisenhower became President.

Dear Mrs. Brown:
This is the first opportunity I have had to reply to your note which I found on my desk on my return to my headquarters in Germany.
I was delighted to learn that we were both born in the same town - Denison, Texas, and if ever I have occasion to visit Florida, maybe our paths will cross.
Again, many thanks for your thoughtfulness in writing.
Mrs. Lily T Brown
